晨壹投资祝贺中创新航登陆港股
2022年10月6日，中创新航科技股份有限公司（简称“中创新航”），登陆香港联合交易所主板（证券代码03931.HK），成为港股动力电池“第一股”。IPO募集资金总额约为13亿美元（不含超额配售权）。晨壹投资于2020年11月参与中创新航增资，是公司的早期投资者之一。
中创新航是领先的新能源科技企业，主要从事动力电池及储能系统产品的设计、研发、生产及销售。截至2022年3月，中创新航的市场份额在中国第三方动力电池企业中排名第二，全球动力电池排名第六。上市后，公司将持续推进技术创新及规模化的发展战略，促进产业可持续发展。
Firstred congratulates CALB for its successful Hong Kong IPO
On October 6th, CALB Co., Ltd (“CALB”) was successfully listed on HKEX (03931.HK) as the first power battery IPO in Hong Kong, raising c.US$1.3 billion excluding overallotment option. Firstred participated in CALB’s capital raise in November 2020 as one of the early investors.
CALB is a leading new energy technology company specializing in the research, design, production and sales of EV batteries and power storage products. As of March 2022, CALB ranks #2 among third-party EV battery companies in China and #6 among EV battery companies globally.
