2月7日荣环（北京）技术咨询有限公司从海关总署获悉，海关总署更新了境外宠物食品生产加工企业白名单中的备注内容：具体产品的动物源性原料受《禁止从动物疫病流行国家地区输入的动物及其产品一览表》动态限制（商业无菌 [1] 处理的禽源性罐装宠物食品除外）。
On Feb 7th, GACC has updated the notes in the “white list” of overseas pet foodproduction and processing enterprises: The animal-derived raw materialsof specific products are dynamically restricted by the List of Animals and Their Products Prohibited from Importation from countries and areas with epidemic animal diseases (except canned pet food of poultry origin processed by commercial sterility).
这表明经商业无菌处理的禽源性罐装宠物食品，包括宠物主粮罐头、宠物零食罐头等，将不受禽类相关疫情影响，允许出口至中国。
This indicates that canned pet food of poultry origin, including canned pet food and canned pet snacks, will not be affected by poultry related outbreaks and will be allowed to be exported to China.
截止目前为止，已有21个国家或地区的宠物食品生产加工企业及宠物食品原料加工企业获准出口至中国，包括泰国、台湾、菲律宾、乌兹别克斯坦、荷兰、法国、比利时、德国、丹麦、捷克、意大利、美国、加拿大、巴西、阿根廷、新西兰、澳大利亚、吉尔吉斯斯坦、新西兰、奥地利、西班牙。
Up to now, pet food production and processing enterprises and pet food raw material processing enterprises from 21 countries or regions have been approved to export to China，including Thailand, Taiwan,The Philippines, Uzbekistan, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Italy, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Austria, Spain.
备注： [1] 商业无菌是指食品经适度的热杀菌以后，不含有致病的微生物，也不含有在通常温度下能在其中繁殖的非致病性微生物。商业无菌是罐头工艺的微生物检验指标，食用微生物不合格的食品会给宠物健康带来影响。
Note: [1] Commercial sterility refers to the absence of pathogenic microorganisms or non-pathogenic microorganisms that can thrive in the food after moderate thermal sterilization. Commercial sterility is the microbiological test index of canning process. Eating food with unqualified microbe will affect the health of pets.
