第一届国际伴侣动物福利大会——第一轮预通知

大会致力于搭建“同⼀健康·同⼀福利”跨学科国际交流平台，推动伴侣动物福利行业在生理福利、环境福利、健康福利、心理福利和行为福利等领域的高质量发展，共创人、动物与环境和谐共生的同一健康动物福利美好生活新理念、新机制和新气象，共同构建人类命运共同体。

The conference is committed to building an international interdisciplinary “One Health·One Welfare” collaboration platform for companion animals, promoting the high-quality development of physiological, environmental, psychological and behavioral welfare and health care, creating a new concept, new mechanism and new atmosphere through a better understanding of the value of high welfare standards in which animal welfare, human well-being and the environment coexist harmoniously, and jointly building a community with a shared future for mankind.

我国目前约有1.5亿只伴侣动物，是全球增长最快的伴侣动物市场之一，是仅次于美国的世界第二大伴侣动物市场。随着伴侣动物市场的快速发展，如何提高动物福利，已成为社会普遍关切的问题。因此，通过广泛开展国际合作与交流，提高民众对伴侣动物福利的认知，对于构建“同一世界·同一健康”的人类命运共同体以及弘扬社会主义核心价值观等具有十分重要的意义。

为此，中国兽医协会动物福利分会联合浙江农林大学、美国加州大学戴维斯分校西部食品安全与保障中心于2022年9月7日-10日在杭州举办第一届国际伴侣动物福利大会。本次大会由浙江省动物医学与健康管理国际科技合作基地、浙江省畜牧兽医学会、浙江农林大学动物科技学院·动物医学院、浙江农林大学动物福利研究所等单位联合承办。本次国际会议将充分发挥行业协会、高校、科研院所、龙头企业在伴侣动物福利、伴侣动物产业和大学生创新创业等方面的作用，探索产教融合和产学研用联动的校企合作新路子，助力乡村振兴、共同富裕和高质量发展。

With about 150 million companion animals, China is one of the fastest-growing companion animal markets in the world and has become the second-largest companion animal market after the United States. As the market for companion animals grows, how to improve animal welfare has become a common concern of society. Therefore, through extensive international cooperation and communication, it is of great significance to enhance the public's awareness of companion animal welfare for building a "One World · One Health" human community with a shared future and promoting core socialist values.

Animal Welfare Branch of Chinese Veterinary Medical Association, in conjunction with Zhejiang A&F University, Western Institute for Food Safety and Security at the University of California, Davis. will hold the First International Companion Animal Welfare Conference in Hangzhou from September 7-10, 2022. The conference is jointly organized by International Science and Technology Cooperation Base of Veterinary Medicine and Health Management of Zhejiang Province, Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine of Zhejiang Province, College of Animal Science and Technology·College of Veterinary Medicine of Zhejiang A&F University, and Animal Welfare Institute of Zhejiang A&F University. This international conference will fully play the role of associations, universities, research institutes, and leading enterprises in companion animal welfare, companion animal industry, and innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. It will explore new ways of school-enterprise cooperation with the integration of industry and education and the linkage of industry-university-research-application. It will help rural revitalization, shared prosperity, and high-quality development.
