1.从事玉米、水稻和大豆的育种研究工作，并在分子育种与常规育种相结合、生物育种、全基因组选择模型与算法开发等方面具有丰富经验和突出研究成果；

Engaged in the breeding research of maize, rice and soybean, and has rich experience and outstanding research achievements in the combination of molecular breeding and conventional breeding, biological breeding, Genomic selection model and algorithm development, etc.;

2.在作物种质资源基因鉴定、种质创新研究、野生种质资源开发挖掘与应用等方向具有深厚的研究经验及丰富成果；

Have deep research experience and rich achievements in gene identification of crop germplasm resources, germplasm innovation research, exploitation and application of wild germplasm resources;

3.在试验组合测试技术、基因型与环境互作及控制技术、双单倍体技术、抗逆鉴定技术、雄性不育技术、育种信息管理平台构建等方面有深厚的理论基础及研究经验；

1.从事生猪或家禽产业相关重要疫病（如生猪产业的非洲猪瘟、猪蓝耳病、伪狂犬、猪流行性腹泻、口蹄疫等，家禽产业的禽流感、新城疫、传染性支气管炎、传染性法氏囊病、马立克氏病等）致病机制、诊断技术、流行病学研究，并且在重大疫病防控领域取得高水平研究成果（文章、专利、知识产权、奖励和认定资质等）；

Engaged in pathogenic mechanism, diagnostic technology and epidemiological research of important animal diseases related to pig and poultry industry (such as swine ASFV, PRRSV, PEDV, and poultry AV, New Castle Virus, Infectious bronchitis, IBDV, Marek’s Disease, etc.), and achieved high-level & abundant research achievements (including articles, patents, intellectual property rights, awards, qualifications, etc.) in the prevention and control of such diseases;

With extensive experience in vaccine technology, production or vaccine related multi-national companies (top 10 in the world), and over 3 years of experience in product R&D, technical innovation, practical application, and excellent team management experience in related areas.

1.从事动物营养领域研究（包括畜禽、水产及反刍动物），尤其在无抗、替抗和减抗技术、免疫营养和肠道健康、分子营养与代谢机理、遗传潜力评估、及高效健康生产与管理等方面取得丰富的研究成果；

Participate in the field of animal nutrition research (including swine,  poultry, aquaculture or ruminant animals), and have obtained abundant research achievements in the area of AGP replacement or reduction, immune nutrition and gastrointestinal health, molecular nutrition and metabolic mode of actions, genetic potential evaluation, and animal healthy production models and management;

2.从事高端畜禽、水产及反刍动物饲料生产质量管理体系、HACCP和ISO质量标准体系、CNAS国际质量认证、现代分析与检测技术等领域具有丰富的经验和优秀团队管理能力；
